Seller may refuse to load any vehicle they choose, if seller is concerned about safety or otherwise. Seller will not be responsible for any loading above vehicle operations weight rating. Buyer assumes all responsibility & liabilities of removal from county facility. Current condition of FILL DIRT not guaranteed. LOADS CAN BE PICKED UP MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY, BETWEEN 8:00 am AND 4:00 pm, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, WITH A MINIMUM (2) DAY NOTICE. SUCCESSFUL BIDDER WILL REQUIRED TO SIGN A WAIVER PROVIDED BY THE COUNTY. WAIVER CAN BE FOUND UNDER THE "DOCUMENTS" TAB. This item is "Used" and may contain unknown defects.
